Glossary

Plain definitions of the terms Zentari uses. If a term appears in a build log, proof archive, or product page, it is defined here.

Agent-fulfilled system
A product whose work is done by software agents and verified by quality gates — not by a manual team. Agents execute; gates prove the output is correct before it ships.
Agent gate
A quality check that verifies an agent's output against defined criteria before that output ships. If the output fails the gate, it is held for review rather than discarded or shipped broken.
Build log
An evidence-backed record of what was built, what broke, and what was learned — written as the work happens, not after the fact. Includes links to verifiable artifacts.
Company factory
The system that takes a company from idea to a live, proven service — position, surface, distribute, prove, extract. Every stage produces a build log.
Distribution
Getting a business to appear where its customers look: search results, maps, structured directories, and AI answer surfaces. Distribution is not advertising — it is presence.
Distribution engine
The Zentari system that runs distribution for a portfolio company — building consistent presence across channels so the signals compound.
Dogfood proof
A system is only offered to other businesses after it has produced real, recorded outputs for a real Zentari portfolio company. Proof must be current — a system proven once and not re-validated since is not offered.
In-public build
A company or system built with its evidence — decisions, build logs, proof artifacts — visible to followers as the work happens, not after it is polished.
Offer ladder
The progression from a free entry point to a paid core offer to an optional high-trust top tier. Each step is designed to earn the next through demonstrated value, not through pressure.
Proof surface
The collection of recorded, verifiable artifacts that substantiate a specific claim. A claim without a proof surface is not published.
Trust tier
The level of the offer ladder where the purchase decision requires demonstrated trust — typically earned through the free tier delivering real value before any money changes hands.
Compounding distribution
Distribution that builds on itself over time because each channel reinforces the others. Accurate directory listings improve map rankings; structured data improves AI answer coverage; a proof surface improves citation likelihood. Unlike paid advertising, which stops when spending stops, compounding distribution produces presence that persists and grows.
Proof archive
The collection of recorded, verifiable artifacts — CI run records, test results, live pages, traffic readings — that substantiate claims made about a company or system. A claim without an entry in the proof archive is not published at Zentari.
